If a problem caused by Wristbandit results in you being unable to use a valid ticket bought here, we will provide a comparable replacement where feasible, or refund you. This section will be finalised after legal review; it is not a universal legal guarantee.

If the organiser cancels, you are refunded. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket normally stays valid for the new date; if you cannot attend, contact support before the new date.

Resale tickets are final once delivered, except as described above. Requests go through support with your order ID.
